Deviled Egg Recipe

These Deviled Egg Recipe make a great yummy way to start any meal as a appetizer or apart of a meal. Can be easily made ahead of time or
after your Easter Day activities.

Deviled Egg Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

12 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of mustard
2 tablespoon of minced onion
2 tablespoon of sweet pickle
1 Tablespoon of sweet pickle juice

DIRECTIONS:

Place eggs into a sauce pan with cold water covering eggs. Bring to a good boil and remove from heat. Cover,and let eggs Sit in the hot water for 15 minutes. Drain hot water then fill with cool water to stop the cooking.

Peel the eggs and cut lengthwise. Remove yolk and place into medium bowl then add all ingredients and smash them together or use a mixer until well blended. Fill egg white halves with mixture.

Sprinkle With Paprika to decorate then refrigerate then serve.

YIELDS: 12 servings



Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:

12 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 slices bacon
2 tablespoons finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon mustard

DIRECTIONS: Place eggs into a sauce pan with cold water covering eggs. Bring to a good boil and remove from heat. Cover and let eggs Sit in the hot water for 15 minutes. Drain hot water then fill with cool water to stop the cooking.

Cook bacon on meduim high heat until evenly brown and a little crispy. Or place bacon into paper towel and microwave for about 1 minute per slice. Place on paper towel to drain and cool.

Peel the eggs and cut lengthwise. Remove and place yolks into medium bowl. Crumble bacon into little pieces then add all ingredients and smash them together or use a mixer until well blended. Fill egg white halves with mixture.

Refrigerate then serve.

YIELDS: 12 servings
