Black Bean Hummus Recipe made easy. Are you looking for how to make hummus? Follow these quick and easy recipes the prep time is normally only 10 - 15 minutes. This is one of the more popular Middle Eastern Appetizer dips. Served with fresh veggies or chips, toasted pita bread, and garnished with finely chopped parsley on top. This spread/dip makes for a great snack or appetizer. And can be stored up to 3 days in airtight container.

Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained (15 oz)
    1/4 cup tahini
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 tablespoon lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions

In a food processor, process all ingredients until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, add half a teaspoon olive oil and a half teaspoon lime water. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator in airtight container.
