Chocolate Cover Cherries
Ingredients:
1 Jar of Cherries Drain from all juices.
3 Cups of Milk Chocolate Chips
2 teaspoons of Shortening
Melt shortening over low heat then add Chocolate Chip melt down and stir constantly. Once melted and mix together. Lay out a sheet of wax paper. Now the fun begins. Take Cherry by stem and dip one at a time into chocolate until well coated be careful not to get chocolate on stem. Let cool on wax paper. Store in refrigator.
