Fried Pork Chop Recipes


INGREDIENTS:


    6 pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
    1 cup vegetable oil for frying
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 teaspoon season salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. In large ziploc bag add all dry ingredients and shake till well blended. Place pork chops into ziploc and shake them till they are coated.
  3. Shake off the excess flour on chops. Then when the oil hot and ready fry in the hot oil. Cook each side about 4-5 minutes, or until crust is golden brown on the outside and juicies run clear.
