Grilled Pork Chop Recipes

INGREDIENTS:

    4 Pork Chops, pork loin or pork tenderloins
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons montreal poultry seasoning

DIRECTIONS:
  • Combine oil and seasoning in large ziploc bag.
  • Put Meat in Ziploc Bag and let sit until grill is hot.
  • Heat Grill to Med High Heat.
  • Put pork on grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side until meat juices run clear. Then serve.

Grilled Marinade Pork Loin/Chicken Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup olive oil or vegetable Oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 red wine vinegar
    1/4 worchestershire sauce
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon parsley
    1/2 garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:

  • In large ziploc add all ingredients and mix them around. Use marinade on desired amount of pork or chicken.
  • Remove meat from bag. Then put marniade into a pan and bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.
  • Grill Chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Freqently basting with boiled marniade until done.


Grilled Lemon Herbs Pork Loin Chops


INGREDIENTS:

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 pepper
    6 boneless porl loin chops

DIRECTIONS:
  • In a large ziploc bag combine all ingredients. Place meat into bag then seal and refrigerate a few hours.
  • Oil grill grate lightly.
  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • Remove meat from bag. Then put marniade into a pan and bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.
  • Grill Chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Freqently basting with boiled marniade until done.
