Cheezy Kale Chips

These cheezy kale chips are irresistible and you won't have to feel quilty about eating the whole bag. Makes for great snack any time of the day.

This recipe you will need a dehydrator. If you don't have dehrdrator. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees then turn off and put in the recipe below. This will take longer to get the desired effect. If still soft repeat process till dried.


Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale, cut into around 3 x 3 inch pieces
Cashew Cheddar Cheesefrom this recipe.

Throughly wash the kale and dry in a salad spinner. Transfer into a large mixing bowl. With hands gently massage the cashew cheese onto the leaves evenly. Transfer to dehydrator trays lined with Teflex sheets. Spread kale out over 3 trays. Dehydrate on 115F for 6 - 8 hours or until completely dry. Store in an airtight container.
