Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar granulated
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Sugar to roll cookie in.

Directions: Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl blend butter and peanut butter. Then add the 1 cup of granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder and blend together. Now add eggs and vanilla until just combined then add flour and be sure it is well blended together.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls into extra sugar. Then flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes until lightly brown around the edges. Do not over bake.
