Easy Pumpkin
Crisp Recipe







Want something different then that old pumpkin pie?

This Pumpkin Crisp Recipe is easy with unbeatable taste without that pie crust. Instead has a crispy yummy top layer almost cookie like.

Your crowd will love this recipe I serve this dessert warm with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!!


Pumpkin Crisp

Ingredients:

    1 can pumpkin(15 ounces)
    1 egg 1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup regular sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    3/4 cup butter(melted)
    1 cup pecans(chopped)
    1 pkg butter flavor yellow
    cake mix(18 ounces)

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend together in a medium size bowl the first 6 ingredients.
  • Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish that has been lightly greased.
  • Now take cake mix and sprinkle evenly over pumpkin mix. Drop pecans evenly over cake mix then drizzle the melted butter on top of pecans. Do not stir.
  • Bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 10-15 minutes then serve.
