Recipe For Pulled Pork

Recipe for pulled pork is commonly cooked by crockpot, oven, BBQ, and slow cooker. A tomato based barbecue and smokey taste that the meat is tender pulled apart easily by fork.

Makes a excellent sandwich or on its own with rice. Make it ahead of time for your family or for cooking a easy party entertaining crowd pleasing meal.

Pulled Pork Sandwich


Easy Pulled Pork Crockpot Recipes


INGREDIENTS:

    6 pound pork(Butt or shoulder roast)
    3 large onions (chopped)
    1 1/2 bottles of BBQ sauce
    1 1/2 cup ginger ale
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Trim off excess fat on pork.
  • In crockpot place 1/2 onions on the bottom then add pork, and the rest of the onions on top. Pour ginger ale on top along with pepper.
  • Turn On crockpot and cook on low heat for 10-12 hours or high heat for 6-7 hours.
  • Remove pork from crockpot and shred into small pieces. When done put back into crockand add bbq sauce cook for 1 hour and serve when ready.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: Varies all High Heat 6-7 hours
Low Heat 10-12 hours
Serving: 15
