Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
Ingredients
8 oz light cream cheese
1 Tbs prepared sun-dried tomato paste
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp white wine
Procedure
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl until well blended.
