Recipe for Baked Pork Chops Recipes


    6 pork loin chops
    2 eggs beaten
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspon seasoning salt
    2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    4 tablespoons oil
    1 cup milk
    1 can(10.75 ounce)condensed cream of mushroom soup


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

  • Season pork chops with garlic, season salt and pepper to taste. Now take pork chops and lightly flour. In small bowl beat eggs. Dip flour pork chops in to egg and then coat well with the bread crumbs.

  • Heat oil over medium-high heat in a medium skillet. Fry pork for 4 minutes per side or until the breading appears well browned. Place the pork in a 9x13 inch baking pan then cover with foil.

  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Now combine Mushroom soup and milk in a medium bowl. After the meat has cooked for 45 minutes pour in mushroom mixture. Place cover back on and bake for 45 minutes more.

    Oven Fried Pork Loin Chops


      6 pork loin chops cut 3/4 inch thickness
      3 tablespoons butter, melted
      1 egg, beaten
      3 tablespoons milk
      1/3 teaspoon black pepper
      1 1/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, finely crushed


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F(220 degrees C).

  • Pour and coat butter onto bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

  • In shallow bowl beat egg with milk and pepper. Place stuffing mix into a different shallow dish. Dip first into egg mixture then coat both sides with stuffing mixture. Place into baking pan.

  • Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops bake for another 10 to 15 minutes more or until done (160 degrees F) and juices run clear.
