Fried Pork Chop Recipes
INGREDIENTS:
6 pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon season salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
- In large ziploc bag add all dry ingredients and shake till well blended. Place pork chops into ziploc and shake them till they are coated.
- Shake off the excess flour on chops. Then when the oil hot and ready fry in the hot oil. Cook each side about 4-5 minutes, or until crust is golden brown on the outside and juicies run clear.
