Raw Oatmeal

This raw oatmeal is a great breakfast food that is good for you and energizing! This picture shows it is served with Almond milk.
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 C raw oats groats, soaked overnight
1/2 golden delicous apple, peeled acd chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 C Walnuts (not soaked, or soaked just a little bit)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp water
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2-3 tbsp Agave(to taste)
Directions:
Soak the oats overnight in just enough water to cover. Then drain in a strainer and place in a blender with the rest of ingredients. Now pulse the food processor a few times. Be careful not to over process.
Serve with almond milk and any garnish like dried cranberries or raisens.
